PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (HMMI) Phase 1

HIJAU는 PT 현대자동차 인도네시아 생산법인(HMMI)과 협력하여 서부 자바주 치카랑에 위치한 제조 공장의 오토바이 캐노피 구역에 옥상형 태양광(PV) 시스템을 구축하고 있습니다. 인도네시아를 대표하는 자동차 제조업체 중 하나인 HMMI는 생산 시설에 재생에너지를 도입함으로써 지속 가능한 제조에 대한 의지를 더욱 강화하고 있습니다.

PT 현대자동차 인도네시아 생산법인(HMMI)의 오토바이 주차 캐노피 태양광(PV) 시스템은 총 716.8 kWp의 설치 용량을 갖추고 있습니다. 주차 캐노피 공간을 최대한 활용하도록 설계된 이 시스템은 HMMI의 운영 전력 수요를 지원하는 동시에, 청정 재생에너지 발전을 통해 회사의 장기적인 환경 지속가능성 목표 달성에 기여합니다.

The project involved the construction of a dedicated solar PV canopy structure, requiring precise structural engineering, detailed planning, and close coordination throughout the construction process. Maintaining installation quality while ensuring the structure met both technical and aesthetic standards became a key project consideration.

HIJAU's experienced civil engineering team developed the canopy design, performed comprehensive structural calculations, and closely supervised construction to ensure the installation was executed safely and in accordance with the approved design. Continuous coordination throughout the project enabled the solar PV canopy to be delivered with high structural integrity and quality.

The 716.8 kWp motorcycle canopy solar PV system supports HMMI's operational electricity needs while contributing to the company's sustainability initiatives. Upon completion, the installation will reduce carbon emissions by approximately 12,689 tons of CO₂, equivalent to planting 25,378 trees, demonstrating the successful integration of renewable energy into HMMI's manufacturing facilities.
