HIJAU has installed a 369.7 kWp solar PV system at Lippo Plaza Batu in Batu City, East Java. This collaboration marks HIJAU’s third project with Lippo Group. The solar PV installation at Lippo Plaza Batu demonstrates Lippo Group’s commitment to transitioning from fossil fuel–based electricity to environmentally friendly renewable energy.

The solar PV installation process at Lippo Plaza Batu was carried out during the rainy season. Weather conditions affected the installation process, making it a particular challenge. However, HIJAU remained optimistic and committed to completing the project on time while maintaining high safety standards.

HIJAU supported Lippo Plaza Batu in realizing its commitment to transitioning to renewable energy, reducing air pollution, and lowering operational costs through the installation of a rooftop solar PV system at Lippo Plaza Batu, East Java.

The solar PV installation project at Lippo Plaza Batu has a capacity of 369.7 kWp. This achievement resulted in a reduction of carbon emissions by 11,469 tons, equivalent to planting 18,350 trees. The solar PV installation supports Lippo Group’s efforts and commitment to transitioning to environmentally friendly renewable energy. For the company, the use of HIJAU’s solar PV system at Lippo Plaza Batu has successfully improved the efficiency and effectiveness of electricity usage on both weekdays and weekends.
