Project Details

HIJAU supported PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk in installing a 3,650 kWp rooftop solar PV system. The project was completed in June 2025. Upon completion, PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk was able to immediately transition to environmentally friendly renewable energy.

Challenges

In this project, PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk, as a manufacturer of automotive components and electric vehicles, consumes a large amount of electricity. HIJAU had to ensure an adequate energy supply, high safety standards, and sufficient power storage to prevent any disruption to operations or other potential impacts.

Our Solution

In HIJAU’s solar PV system, power is stored in inverters. HIJAU ensures that power storage remains stable so as not to disrupt factory operations, while still aligning with the company’s goals of reducing environmental impact and supporting sustainable energy.

Result

The installation of a 3,650 kWp rooftop solar PV system at PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk is able to reduce carbon emissions by 71,563 tons, equivalent to planting 114,501 trees. PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk has successfully reduced operational costs and demonstrated its commitment to transitioning to environmentally friendly renewable energy.
